  •  DROP OFF ALL WIGS, FRONTALS, OR CLOSURES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT DATE.DROP OFF DAYS ARE FRIDAYS 9PM-5:30PM AND SATURDAY 9AM-4PM! IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, CONTACT ME AT 843-621-3870.

  • WIGS AND/OR BUNDLES MUST BE DROPPED OFF AT LEAST A WEEK PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT FOR COLOR SERVICES. PLEASE SEND THE  PICTURE OF THE COLOR AND HOW YOU WANT IT APLLIED TO THIS NUMBER (843)-621-3870 

  • IF THE SERVICE HAS STARTED & THE SERVICE CANNOT BE CONTINUED FOR ANY REASON, NOT BEING MY FAULT (EXAMPLE: WIG BEING TOO SMALL FROM NOT ORDERING THE CORRECT SIZE), YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE COST.

  • I DO NOT APPLY WIGS THAT HAVE BEEN CUSTOMIZED OR INSTALLED BY ANY OTHER STYLIST.

  • LACE MELT BANDS ARE REQUIRED WITH ANY SERVICE INVOLVING LACE. EACH CLIENT WILL HAVE TO PURCHASE A BAND FROM ME OR YOU MUST BRING ONE WITH YOU OR PURCHASE A NEW ONE! LACE BANDS MUST BE CLEAN!

  • BEFORE & AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS AND SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE BUT ARE AN ADDITIONAL $50 TO THE SERVICE FEE. PLEASE CONTACT ME AT (843)-6213870 CONCERNING THESE TYPE OF APPOINTMENTS.

  • SHAMPOO & BLOWDRY SERVICES ARE ONLY INCLUDED IN PONYTAIL & BUN SERVICES BUT CAN BE ADDED TO ANY SERVICE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

  •  IF YOU DO NOT BOOK A SHAMPOO SERVICE, YOUR HAIR MUST BE CLEAN OR YOUR SERVICE WILL BE DENIED.

  • PLEASE BOOK ALL SERVICES THAT YOU'D LIKE DONE WHEN BOOKING BECAUSE THEIR IS NO GUARANTEE THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO SQUEEZE THEM IN THE DAY OF.

  • DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA PEOPLE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT THAT ARE NOT BEING SERVICED UNLESS YOU ARE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN! IF THE CLIENT OR CLIENT'S GUARDIAN IS COUGHING, SNEEZING, OR SICK  IN ANYWAY, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND RESCHEDULE!​

  • 15 MINUTES LATE WITH NO CONTACT WILL RESULT IN RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE!

  • ALL NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT PRE-PAYING FOR SERVICES! IF YOUR CARD DOESNT WORK TO BE CHARGED, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NO CALL SERVICE BEFORE BEING SERVICED AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.​

  • IF HAIR OR PRODUCTS ARE PURCHASED AND NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PAYMENT, THE ITEMS WILL BE RESOLD AND WILL BE NO LONGER AVAILABLE NOR WILL MONEY BE REFUNDED!

  • ALL PAYMENT PLAN PAYMENTS ARE N O N- R E F U N D A B L E !
